The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the seafront with plenty of entertainment nearby. The rooms are in need of an update but are of an acceptable standard. The service lacked warmth and attentiveness, though pet amenities are available. The dining options are limited to homemade biscuits. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and drawbacks.
